Hi! I got a Brazilian wax at a new place 4 days ago. I tested negative for STD’s/STI’s, BV, yeast the week prior with no sexual activity. However, after getting waxed, a few hours after I noticed a negative change in my scent. My cycle is due in less than a week though and I know my scent can change with that.

The place I went to for the wax had glowing reviews with no one reporting anything out of sorts. I’m hoping I didn’t pick up any infections. Is it possible to have a ph imbalance after waxing?

Note: I do deal with health anxiety, and I am hyper vigilant about sensations, smells, etc.. so I could be blowing this out of proportion.
