For some reason its really hard to find any data on how to cut material, mostly sheet metal.
At work we cut, material from 0.05 to 1,5 in thickness, mostly steel.
And right now, I am just takeing old data from other programs, that I know work.
what I am looking for is data on:
power in watt.
hz
pulseduration
what feed to use.
and what preassure in bar.
we use a 1500 w lasercutter mostly with a 0.8 nozzle. and O2
is there anywere I can seek data on how to calculate these things? other than, classic chat GPT. etc.
