Is there a place to find cofounders / team members?

I am a full stack dev looking to join a project. Is it only done through reddit or knowing the right people?

I have an overwhelming amount of people looking to join projects, rather than the projects themselves. They are looking for equity, experience, or commission; no need to offer salary

I want to make sure I am supplying the site with real, ambitious projects. I'd love to showcase your project.

Specifically for people to see your project who might want to join your team. I have a large database of people looking to join projects for equity/commission/experience.

Since I need real projects for these people to browse through, only a select amount will be allowed into the site, so if you are interested please be passionate about your project description!
