Should I get a transplant for my hairline and crown?

I’ve been on oral monoxodile / finestaride for about five years — no real regrowth and some mild thinning since but mostly stable.

I’m already in Turkey and have some time off so was thinking about getting the procedure. I was quoted about 2800-3200 grafts for my hairline and crown, but am debating getting it — don’t know if the risk would be worth it considering the hair is decent.

Would love some thoughts from anyone who has seen results from a similar looking hairline.
