The additions of Krook, Pilkington, Cosgrove and Nicolas is a good sign.
They may not move the needle much now, but the fact that Toboni is actively trying to improve the bullpen shows that this regime doesn’t have an ego issue and won’t sit on their hands. If there is an issue with the team, they will try and address it.
I think this also hints that Toboni is going to be aggressive at the deadline/offseason to acquire a reliable reliever or 2 with team control.
