Anyone here have experience with Paul the Trombonist or his company Passion Builders Online?? Seems like an MLM or some kind of scheme to me, every video I watch is him talking about how much money you can make and how everyone makes 7 figures following his methods. Its supposed to be a way to grow your online business teaching music, but I see nothing about his own music students, just get rich quick self help posts. And like 70% of the reviews for him are positive reviews but they all use the same language and specifically mention the ludicrous earnings they have made and the comments all have the same format. The other 30% of reviews claim he is scammy.

What do you think about this guy?

This is my first time looking for a new apartment in a few years, and it is my first time looking for a place on my own. I mostly look on FB marketplace, but so many of those are a scam or it's just one room rented out of a large home (I'd have many random roommates).

I'm sure there's a way better way to do this, I just don't have the experience. So I appreciate any advice you can share!

Do you think he was crazy enough to believe all the stuff he was pushing or was it a giant grifting session?
