Grievance or no?
today a carrier yelled in my face inside the office. I’m a CCA and this carrier decided to give me a pivot for his route, he told me he gave me 2 loops but in the tray was 3 loops. I thought he might’ve gave me too much so i went up to him and said “you gave me too much”.
he proceeded to say this:
“[my name], jesus christ just do your fucking job man”
“what’re you gonna do go home and play video games” (I’m 19 years old yes that may be true but this guy is gonna go home to drink)
i had to go to another town(50 mins away) to do their aux route after my hometowns aux so my day was already looking long
i said the towns name aux route
he said “too bad we have priority over them” which i already knew but mind you all that he has said he was yelling
now before you say he sounds like a a-hole he is but this is my dilemma, i talked to my offices clerk and they said if i filed on this that he would most likely get fired. now this man has nothing but the post office and he’s a war vet
overall my pride isn’t hurt that he yelled at me but i do feel disrespected

the last picture is my most beloved cat ever, i get to walk into this business and they have treats that you can give her. lets just say its a daily thing

promaster has this fog that has been coming back daily, i’ve talked to some rural carriers out of my office and they think its the coolant or some type of leak.
i’ve noticed this fog first like 2 months ago but it wasn’t alot (only on the drivers side door window and could be washed off with a wet paper towel) but now its spread all over
yes i know to tell my management and or make a vehicle repair slip but they’re so incompetent, new supervisor with a ego and his brother as a acting postmaster.
the fog has gotten to a point where after im done with the walkout i have to go to a gas station and use the windshield wiper they have to clean it off.
