So I was doing the weekly grandmaster vanguard alert for the prisms and shards plus the gear is helping me get to 500 (I just hit 120 hours total and 430), so I went into fireteam finder and joined a random lobby, and the whole thing took about 15 minutes, whereas the ones I usually do take multiple wipes and about an hour or two, these two guys were blowing through everything, it was constant strand explosions, they were stuck in the air, the other guy was a titan and making ice crystals and blowing them up every 15 seconds, it was explosion and explosion after explosion, the champions stood zero chance and were dead on arrival, meanwhile I'm sitting behind cover, sniping things with a sniper that suspends them after I drop my rift, and throwing a threading grenade to make a nest and healing it with the luzaku gun to make more threadlings

I'll start. Hopefully they will bring back my favorite pulse rifle......Go Figure.

I've always admired destiny from afar but never actually tried it since it looked overwhelming with the amount of content. Due to the recent news I'm thinking of finally diving deeper into destiny and actually playing it. Would this bundle be worth it?

what the fuck was this? maybe it just sticks in my mind cuz i discovered it when i was super young and it scared the shit out of me, but still i need literally any info people have for it

Bit boring with the colour palette, but, well… it’s the Gray Knights

made this animation in about 2 days

the lighting is trash because I rendered in EVEEE which is a lower quality renderer than CYCLES. so the first few frames of the animation is what its supposed to look like but I got impatient from waiting 40 seconds to render each frame.

the cycles version is currently rendering and making my computer toasty!

There is a sound effect that I cannot find for the life of me, not extracted, cannot locate in game, and yet, it still plays. And it's been a part of the game since 2015 and I cannot find a single documented piece of it, while almost every other sound effect has been listed.

I've found videos of it, both in "The coming war" mission of the taken king on Phobos, and the final mission involved with the campaign. It is the screeching sound effect that plays when Eris morn says "he is here!" Or when oryx in the last mission says "you are the last hope of the light? I have taken entire worlds!"

No matter what, I have always found this audio obscured by dialogue. I even tried finding footage from the raid where oryx shows up as his big projection and there is still obscurities with gunfire or shouts from the hive.

This is a cry for help. Help.

What do you think of my armor set? Clearly it has the best stats and highest (lowest) armor class you can get!

That being said I am still proud that I can get my power down to 41 with the OG armor and pistol on titan. I don't have all of it anymore but the nostalgia bring me joy that I can still do this.
