Time for medication?
38 Male 5'10 235lbs been on a depressive glut for past 2 years letting myself go. Trying to shake it off and get back on the saddle. Im already taking allopurinol for gout flares that seem to have been triggered by creatine use when i was lifting. Anyways is it time to start statins or can I clear this up with diet and exercise?
