Reedpop/Leap email messages INFO

random update: i had messaged Reedpop/Leap with a complaint just venting some. They gave some standard answers as to what the issues were on their end but nothing we have not heard. They did state that they have internal security software that helped flag some bot accounts but nothing to what the speculation was,

the person did state that they have pulled some tickets back from people who were bots or scalpers and those were then passed onto legitimate customers they then said that I could add my name to a internal 'wait list' for people, whom if they pull more tickets they will pass onto them.

I have no idea if this is true or not and they were clear to state that it does not guarantee tickets, but I am now on some mystery wait list.

just in case perhaps email reedpop and see if you can get on this list if you have the energy.
