Filosa Investor Day-All talks no real actions!

Filosa Investor Day — lots of the words investors want to hear. But what about the employees and customers who are frustrated, unhappy, and dealing with the day-to-day reality? It continues to show leadership gaps across Stellantis, with many leaders lacking real knowledge or experience in the areas they oversee (PDT and Quality specifically). Many of these executives were selected during the Tavares era, with leadership heavily concentrated from Europe and France while disconnecting from the North American business, employees, and customers. Big promises are easy. Execution, accountability, and customer experience are what really matter. Sound off.

Connected Services Group Fail

Is anyone else completely fed up with the Connected Services group? The issues with CarPlay, Bluetooth, and frozen screens are constant. I’m resetting the system at least once a week just to get basic functionality back and sometimes even that doesn’t work.

This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore! it’s a consistent failure in delivering a reliable product. FILOSA and JACQUET, How is this level of performance acceptable? Where is the accountability, and why aren’t we seeing meaningful improvements? It’s hard to understand how a team responsible for critical in-vehicle software can continue operating like this without delivering results. What exactly is being done to fix these issues, and do we have the right expertise in place to handle automotive-grade systems? After talking to some people, Heiko Schilling based in Germany is leading this group called Connected Services. He is another Amazon guy and another fail to the automotive company!

Here we go again—more talk we have to sit through, while being told he cares about the group, the customers, and the people. Honestly, it’s frustrating to hear the same messaging when actions don’t reflect it. There are still several leaders in place, people he appointed who lack the knowledge needed for their roles.

He talks about global functions such as engineering and purchasing, yet continues to retain our of depth Ned Curic leading engineering. If he truly cares about the people and the automotive work we do, then real change needs to start with leadership decisions. FIRE NED CURIC AND REPLACE WITH AN AUTOMTIVE ENGINEERING LEADER!

Our Dealership and plants are suffering and NA people lost its moral, THANK YOU FRENCH LEADER MUTALLIP!

It’s time for people to speak up. If leadership is serious about accountability and progress, then we need to see decisive action-removing ineffective leaders and replacing them with individuals who understand the business and can actually drive results.
