When Sazed intentionally gets himself captured by the Inquisitors to rescue Vin from Kredik Shaw, they strip him of all his metalminds by taking away his jewelry. I always assumed that was so Vin wouldn't have access to any metals through him.

But Sazed had also swallowed some of his Feruchemical metals.

Can Steel Inquisitors actually see metals inside someone's body? I get why Sazed would do it since he didn't really know how their vision worked, but wouldn't the Inquisitors have noticed the metals inside him once they captured him? If they can see them, why didn't they think it was odd or force him to get rid of them?

I am planning to buy a Kobo Clara BW, but I recently saw some posts saying that their screens are scratched/broken after just keeping them in their bag. I have previously owned a kindle, and I used it for more than a year without any cover and there was never even a scratch in it. I am not a very careful person either - I have literally slept on top of it. Using a sleepcover seems to be the popular suggestion to protect the screens, but the price seems too high for just a cover.

Does anyone use their Kobo without any case? What has been your experience?

If possible, suggest some cheap cases that is available in India.
