Hey everyone, I’m making a presentation at school about different parts of the trade processes. I wanted to see if anyone here could help me with a few questions:

1: does your role change much depending on if the goods are being imported or exported?

2: what are the biggest problems you face as as customs brokers?

3: is there much overlap with your work and what other departments do such as forwarders?
