forgive me if these are totally dumb questions bc i know they may very well be, but i’m not an attorney okayyy. so if anyone has legal knowledge up in here i’m curious about the following:

can denims anti-slapp an appeal to get it dismissed? even if not, is the appeal process also likely to be super long just by the nature of the legal system even if it appears to be clearly meritless & doomed to fail?
does filing an appeal in this case just mean it goes to a different judge with the goal of them saying “yeah that other judge was wrong”?
if (when) he loses the appeal, would that then be the truly FINAL ruling & case is completely formally over? or can he do some weird other bullshit like try to appeal his loss of the original appeal in an effort to continue dragging it out for the purposes of feeding the infinite litigation content loop + trying to waste denims’ money?
he mentions this ruling contradicting something to do with the snark mods case which i believe is somehow connected to the separate (i think? correct me if i’m wrong) “countdown” case against denims..
tbh i haven’t really understood wtf is going on with this part of the whole thing lmao so this is more of an open ask to please explain if/how this ruling may or may not affect those outcomes. does this bode well for denims winning the one for countdown or assist the mods in any way? or is it completely unrelated?
