Hi, i'm undervolting my cpu and searching for a safe zone since a week now, and something weird is happening. Few days ago, i broke windows by undervolting my cpu too hard and because of damaged hardware and those were the settings : -150mV on a intel i5 10300h (the bios was unlocked following a trusted method) and errors were detected since the first second of the OCCT test. After reinstalling windows, i tried again, and today my CPU passed the OCCT test with a -210mV undervolt, and my games run well (the finals, arc raiders...). Even if see a real improvment (50°C when idle against 75°C without the undervolt) it seems way too low, and i don't feel like lowering the voltage does something (it may reduce a bit the heat, but it may be luck right?) so i'd like to know what you guys think.

Hi, i'm getting death screens saying there was a memory allocation error, and i'm guessing it might be caused by my HDD drive (second drive with nothing really important on it, only games and stuff i can loose). I'm using a Dell G3 laptop. I used crystaldiskinfo and it says the health status is bad (caution). I have no idea of how to upload an image but here what is think is important to mention : Relocated Sectors Count=98 Raw values=0000000000FC. I'm sure this disk is dying, he's really slow but i want to know if he's triggering the memory error. My second guess is my RAM slot, one just died but it was some time ago and i don't remember having issues with this. Last guess is my CPU undervolting, i'm still searching the correct value (currently -140mV for the core and -120mV for the cache) but again, i think i was getting errors before undervolting.

bonjour, je vais en prépa à lyon l'année prochaine et j'aimerais faire du sport à côté histoire de ne pas courir droit vers le burn out, et je suis à la recherche d'un club d'art martial près de ma prépa. J'ai une préférence pour le Kung-Fu, mais je suis ouvert à d'autres sports genre karaté, taekwondo, etc. Un club avec un bon prof et un nombre d'éleves pas trop élévés serait pas mal (les cours avec trop de monde je trouve ça contre productif), je dois pouvoir faire un peu de route mais l'idéal serait que ça soit accessible à pied ou en vélo depuis l'internat de la prépa. Hi, as a project I want to redo Buffon's maths to show why it was wrong. As i'm still in high school, i'm simplifying the probleme and i'm using Newton's phenomenological law and, as Buffon did, i'm just consedering the earth is cooling down by loosing her initial heat energy. It is kinda hard to find which value to use, on my first try (using chatgpt values for the thermal capacity and the heat coefficient, and google for the others) i'm fiding a result that is way to high (2.04E23). To calculate the cooling time i used the solution of the differential equation which is : T(s)=(Ti-Ta)e^(-h*S/m*c)+Ta
