SCAM: Sears Home Warranty and Repair Services
Made an appointment for a service repair with Sear Home Services no warranty but ended up signing up for a discount. A major red flag that I should have not ignored is they want you to pay for labor before they complete the work. Ordered a part that ended up costing 3x as much compared to other parts retailers.
I ended up canceling the service appointment and the warranty. Upon canceling the warranty just 24 hours after I signed up they said I would be refunded the cost of the warranty but instead shortly after they attempted to take another payment. Now I am getting the Run around on getting a refund for the part and service I paid for. AI has taken over their phone lines and the real people have been giving me random numbers to call that are not Sears. I need help getting my money back this is absolutely ridiculous and very much a Scam.
