23 y/o - im really scared
(Ignore the cavities getting them filled) I just got back from my first dental visit in years and I was told I have a 6mm depth there with some bone loss. The rest of my mouth is fine I’m really scared and don’t think I’ll be able to afford a periodontist for another year at least 😢 What can I do to avoid this getting worse?
