My wife had a add pop up stating that if we opened an account with Wells Fargo we would receive a $400 bonus after 90 days. We opened the account with $2,000 as instructed and after 4 months no bonus. My wife called Wells Fargo and was informed we did not qualify fore the bonus. My wife questioned why we didn't qualify. Th only answer she received was that they did not know why, only that we didn't qualify. No further information is available. We closed the account and transferred the $2,000 to a creditable bank. We also are planning to cancel our credit and debit card with Wells Fargo.
