I'm just curious to find out what women talk about with other women. Us guys talk a lot about girls and sex etc.

I don't have the drive to do my job anymore. I work in operations at an IT company. It drains me, can't imagine doing it another year tbh. Generally feel lost in life, not sure what direction to take or how to get out of this job. And my manager has begun to notice my performance slacking. I'm not sure what to do. Weekends and public holidays I spend in bed doom scrolling the time away. I get a bit of a burst in energy and motivation on Sundays, not sure why but it happens. I read a bit and take some YouTube classes/tutorial videos etc but then I'm back to the same old drained me through the week. Anyone been through this? Not sure if I'm just lazy perhaps.
