New to the Garmin word and figured I’d get a recommendation from you all between instinct 2 vs 3.

Activity level-wise: lift weights 3-5days/week and I’m getting back on the running trend. I’d also like to track my sleep.

I considered the aura rings but I’m not trying to pay for subscription. If price is not an issue what would you all recommend?
