The blessings of Vine

So when you are plus sized, swimming suits are a dreaded thing. I keep a few warn out ones and had one I planned to bring on vacation. But then went to try it on and it fit funny.

So heading off to a lake vacation and I grabbed the warn out suits. But suddenly, 20 minutes before we left I remembered the beautiful purple flowered suit from Vine. Hanging in an upstairs closet, saved for special.

So here I am in a beautiful purple flowered suit from Vine that fits and is even a bit flattering. Grateful.

Ok, made my decision! Stop hounding me!

Leading up to Prime day I thought I might like a GOOD air styler but searching and trying to decide - its like the floodgates opened and I just got bombarded.

Yesterday I decided to head to town and see what could be bought locally. Shark flexstyler at TJ for $229. Ulta had a few Sharks and a brand called T3. Best Buy had a Shark Glam which was high on my list for $349 - same as Amazon. I was too tired to go to Kohls.

Then looking online I had all my top contenders saved in my cart. This morning the Dreame pro hi went down to $299 and I decided to get it. 130k rpm versus 110 and all the attachments I think I will reasonably use.

I think this process of picking has been the hardest. So many different features to try to figure out.

But of course now I am inundated with ads. Aaaahh! I dont want to know if its cheaper sonewhere else! I did my best!

Is the Shark Flexstyle or Dyson Airwrap really better?

Prime days are coming up and I want to splurge.

But I have two airwraps that I like. My original one that I had no idea how to use and thus did not review as high as it deserved. Then a more powerful one that works even better from a month ago. As near as I can see its almost a total dupe with its attachments. Its only $40 which is a screaming good deal for how well it works but is it worth it to get the good brand?

Anyone have the good ones to compare?

I am on the Shark Flexstyle radar - get their advertisements all the time but searching on Amazon is ineffective at triggering rfy. I should search on hubby's Amazon, that always seems to work, whatever he searches shows up in my rfy.

Are they worth the splurge?

Gah! Someone needs to take this!

I already took another gel nail kit at 7 pm (totally don't need but such fun to test and review - I can never resist) Now the Hummingbird trimmer. Their stuff is so top notch, this is the 2nd trimmer and we did not need the first two I took (but they are cordless, hubby just had a corded)

Someone take the Hummingbird trimmer! You won't regret it, their stuff is great. Its normally $70 - zero etv.

Sigh. Maxx etv

Thats it, took a $350 hedge trimmer last night and that's it for this years etc.

After I got the mower I kept hoping for the hedge trimmer from the same company. But no joy so I grabbed an $80 trimmer from ai that arrives Friday. Then Tuesday the string trimmer from the mower company. We already have 2 so I passed. Then last night there is was, the hedgetrimmer. Hubby was like, just order it, we will give away whichever one we don't like in 6 months.

But that's it, no more etv.

I was today years old when I figured out how to use an air wrap.

One of my pet peeves is lack of directions. Why do sellers scrimp on such a gigantic thing?

So I tested this hair dryer which is actually pretty cool but the curl tubes made no sense - and no directions, no videos. I tested a similar one last year and never figured it out. So I wrote my review for this one - some attachments very cool, curling tubes dont work. Poor directions, 4 stars.

Then tonight I started watching Youtube videos. Surely one would give me a clue. Watched one where the gal basically held the wand near her hair and it just wrapped itself around the wand and curled. What sorcery is this?????!!!

Went running down the stairs and pulled the dryer back out. Attached the tube and turned it on. Holy cow thats how you do it! I literally just hold the end section toward the dryer and my hair wraps around it like magic! I had to make my husband come see!

I know, all you savvy beauty mavens already knew all this but that curler is SO COOL! So incredibly easy.

This is why Vine is so fun. Discovering new cool stuff you never heard of before.

Morning drop.

I have been coming up on trimming all the hedges and our hedge trimmer is a pain. Was on the verge of looking for a cordless and snagged this one. Its a happy day. Then some B12 because I take it normally.

That was a fast drop!

Rfy less snipable?

Does anyone think their rfy is more resistant to sniping the better their stats are?

It seems like when my stats are at 80-90 percent stuff gets sniped like crazy. But right now I am at 99%, excellent, 96.2 Media and it does feel like I have a decent chance to get whats in my rfy, such as it is. Granted I do not get high end beauty but the other night I had a $99 Conaire zero etv hair dryer that I had no trouble claiming even tho it was probably sitting for a bit.

Drat it! Why do I have to be a grown up?

Its probably a ghost. High etv, would kill the grass, impractical. But my inner 8 year old wants it so bad.

Real Chanel?

I bought this suede Chanel on Ebay over ten years ago. It came from China/Japan and was supposed to be Authenticated. Chanel has always been an aspire to bag for me.

I know its a "Chocolate Bar bag" and everything I know to look at makes me think its real. But what do tje experts think?
