New to Regional Property Management at 25 — Advice?

Hey everyone! I’m 25 and recently stepped into a regional property management role. I’ve been in property management for a few years, but this is a big step up for me, and I’m looking to learn from people who have been doing this longer.
For those of you who have worked as Regional Managers, what are some things you wish you knew when you first started? Are there any common mistakes, red flags, or things I should be watching out for?
I’d also appreciate any advice on managing multiple properties, working with onsite teams, keeping occupancy/profitability on track, and balancing the day-to-day fires with the bigger picture.
I’m excited for the opportunity but definitely want to make sure I’m approaching it the right way. Any advice or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated!
