Feeling of absolute dread cause by the gut?

I hope this is the right place for my post. I am suffering from post viral syndrome where I have functional dyspepsia alongside many other symptoms both upper and lower GI. I tried some strong vitamins a couple of days ago for my fatigue, vitamin b complex, magnesium and I also was planning on stopping my omeprazole. On the first day after not taking omeprazole until the evening, I had a terrible sinking feeling in my gut and feeling of dread, I thought it was maybe a panic attack or I was literally going crazy due to mental health.

The feeling was so intense that I have never felt it before and it honestly felt like I was going to die and was doomed. Like something traumatic had happened. Then I felt nauseous and gassy and once I went through my dyspepsia ritual, peppermint tea, bowel movement etc. the feeling started to go away.

I am wondering if anyone has experienced this and if it is most likely due to the gut? If so it shocks me how much of an effect it can have on the brain. Also if this is a common thing when stopping omeprazole? How do you stop it therefore?

Dengue fever 12 months later

I recently had a positive IGM result and a negative IGG result despite my exposure to dengue in south east Asia being a whole year ago. I was never sick with dengue fever whilst I was travelling and had no idea that I contracted it until now so this comes as a shock. My symptoms started 6 weeks ago with severe nausea, headaches behind the eyes, abdominal pain, gut issues, extreme tiredness, vision feeling off but I have not had a fever.

I am quite worried that things could get worse, and at the same time concerned that it’s going to take a long time to see improvement as I haven’t improved at all but also haven’t worsened. This seems like such a unique situation and I am hoping I can get some advice on what to expect or what is going on.

1 CM hiatal hernia enough to cause my symptoms?

I had a bad flareup for the past month of really bad nausea specifically if I hadn’t eaten, ate large fatty meals or every time I lay down in bed. I also had constant gas aswell. My symptoms improved if I ate smaller meals but more often and if I propped myself up at night. The gastroscopy only found a hiatal hernia 1 cm big so I don’t know if this would actually explain everything or not.

I have bought my first pair of docs, I firstly tried size 9 as I am a 9.5 in trainers. The issue is that my left foot is half a size bigger than my right so I go 9.5 to give my left foot extra room. The 9 was good for my left side but my right foot was slipping out and was a lot of room. I have size 8s now and they feel perfect for my right foot maybe a little snug, but very snug for my left foot and difficult to wear in. I don’t know if they will give enough to be comfortable and if I should go for a different model or if I should go back to the size 9 with insoles and thick socks or if it is normal to be quite snug until you break the shoes in?
