2nd Thyroid Ultrasound

Hey everyone! I’m not looking for a diagnosis or anything like that but I just want to see if anyone has had similar issues?

Little back story: we have been keeping an eye on my thyroid since I was 15 (I am now 24) due to my thyroid always appearing large. Last year I had an ultrasound and they found that my thyroid had a nodule on the right side.

Size: Right lobe - 4.6 x 1.6cm Left lobe - 4.6 x 1.6cm Isthmus - 0.2cm
Nodule - 5mm solid appearing hypoechoic

Since they found that I have had a lot of health issues. I developed gallstones that caused chronic gastritis and had to be removed, I’ve developed obsessive behaviors that started last year, chronic diarrhea, my hair is thinning (including my eyebrows and eyelashes), I cannot gain weight (I’ve lost over 50lbs in a year), heat sensitivity, ears popping when I swallow, chronic cough with hoarseness, constantly tired even though I get a good 7-8hr of sleep, my short term memory has absolutely deteriorated, my brain feels foggy and I can’t make it better, it has been a year of absolute hell.

On my most recent ultrasound they found more nodules.
Size: Right lobe- 4.5 x 1.5 x 1.6 cm Left lobe - 4.5 x 1 x 1.5 cm Isthmus - 0.2 cm
Findings: Multiple partially solid and cystic bilateral thyroid nodules with the largest on the right measuring 0.7 × 0.7 cm and the largest in the left measuring 0.3 x
2.2 cm.
(Sorry for the weird format I saw a different ultrasound place this time)

I have not seen an endocrinologist yet because my PCP has not seen the findings yet due to the results popping up on my patient portal after 5pm. (I’m a terrible patient to have lol)

Has anyone had similar issues? Can thyroid issues affect your GI system?
Sorry for the long post and I just wanna state again that I am not looking for a diagnosis. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
