Want to lose the last little bit
Hey all 👋
Basically I’ve lost 9stone naturally (keto) and recently had a tummy tuck.
I have put on a few lbs since the surgery (lack of movement/ complications) and want to lose maybe 1-2 stone.
I have ordered MJ 2.5mg dose - will I see results or will I need to move to 5mg ? Also will it take a year+ to lose the weight ?
