I've taken 3 doses . Twice yesterday and once today. Still no movement but have lots of gas. I'm waiting to see my specialist. I was hoping that someone would be able to suggest what I can do to poo PLEASE. I can't drink too much water.

What's happening when you get hot flushs & sweaty. It's not menopause, I've been through that.

Feeling poorly today. Scared af. And I don't ask for help. White lips when I wake up, what's that?. Clumsiness. I know something ain't right but I always fear the worst because I'm not doing the right thing. Random drinks and trying to quit smoking.

I lost my Dad in December 2025 and my will to live now has really changed my positivity. My sister in 1994 and my Son in 2000. I have lost my way and need someone to WAKE ME UP 💣

This was my first diagnosis.

Can someone please explain this easily. It was my first diagnosis before I started interferom to rid Hep B. I'm all clear of it now. Does Mygov Australia have my recent results and where do I find them. Thanks in advance.

Lactulose alternative advice

I've been stewing quince or plums to clean my system and I've learned that it turns to sugar in my liver. Lactulose makes me bloated so much I only use it maybe once a week when I'm at home. My specialist says taking senna is ok. Does anyone else have this problem. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone. I'd totally forgotten that I was diagnosed with ischaemic disease in the brain 2019. I've read that it MAY be linked to my cirrhosis. My local Dr didn't remind me or checked its progression. I'm scared.

I was in a home invasion 2017 and the trial went for 2 years, hence the forgotten ischaemic diagnosis that I found in Mygov. I had a brain bleed and my feet were glassed from running into save my friend who suffered a heart attack defending his house and family. Surgeries to both feet. It's an ongoing struggle.
