Listed my home 60k under appraised value almost a week ago and have gotten 0 showings - DFW
A little backstory, we listed our almost new high end home with 3.5 acres. Absolutely nothing is remotely builder grade and it’s 6 bed over 3100 sqft. Since we purchased for 715k in 2024, we’ve added a 70K gigantic shop and 25K in privacy fencing. The pictures look great, home is well staged and free of clutter inside and out. Our asking price of 750K is 60K under appraised value and also 60k under our total investment, so we are already losing over 100k before negotiations.
Is this normal?
