Bought ETH-USDC but can’t send it out to another wallet?

Tonight I purchased my first ETH-USDC coin and it shows in my wallet. When I go to send my coin to a vendor, it shows my balance but at the bottom of the page in purple it says “You need ETH on the Ethereum network. Add some to get started”.

So what am I doing wrong here and why can’t I send my funds out?

I downloaded the exodus app from the Apple Store

Paper wasp nests on my project car. How can I get them to move along?

I have a project car that I was going to work on but my wasps keep building their home on the car. Without killing them, how do I convince them to move away?

So far I have sprayed away the nest and then spray some wasp spray where the nest used to be. The driver door doesn’t close all the way yet so I know the next spot will be in the car. Would moving the car help?

So far they made a home under the hood twice, once between the side view mirror and the casing, and now they have a big nest under the fuel door. Probably 30 wasps in there.

Life Q35 high pitch sound only when in noise canceling mode fix?

I have an older Q35 headphone that has been pretty good until recently. When in noise cancelling mode, the right side will have an intense microphone feedback sound. I loaded up the Soundcore app but it I can only mess with the equalizer. Any recommendations?

Can I get an FHA loan if I already own a house? Or go with a Conventional Mortgage?

My wife and I are looking at getting a larger house while keeping the one we currently reside in. We both are on the deed to our house but the FHA mortgage was only in my wife’s name. In 2021 we refinanced into a conventional mortgage.

We are now looking at houses in the $600k to $700k range and I am wondering if I even qualify for a new FHA. Or is it easier or recommended get a conventional loan?

Credit scores are 790 and 690. Cash on hand is about $60k. Income is around $263k per year in California. I opened a bunch of 0% credit cards where I pay the minimum monthly and park the cash in a 4% savings account so these balances could be paid off immediately if needed. The $60k on hand is the cash not including the money needed to pay off the CCs. My FICO before was close to 790.

Mother in Law is planning on moving in for $1,500 per month.

What do you guys think?

Is it possible to buy a house using MIL’s VA Loan?

My wife and I are looking at buying a second house and making this new one our primary residence. The plan is to buy this larger home and have my mother in law move into the home so that she isn’t renting an apartment anymore.

My father in law who is now deceased, was in the military so we are wondering if my MIL could use the VA Loan for this house. Here’s my questions

  1. Can the three of us get on the loan? MIL doesn’t have much income so we would have to use ours I am assuming to qualify.

  2. We will be keeping our current residence and rent it out to another family member. My wife has the mortgage in her name but the both of us are on the deed for the house. Would that cause any problems?

  3. MIL would be a first time homebuyer but I am assuming that I would not be since I am on the deed for my current house even though I’m not on the mortgage. Is this correct?

I think that’s it for now but I’d love to hear any tips or guidance
