I've been wanting to apply to university outside my country, Zimbabwe, but most of what Ive found is pretty much out of range.

I've been looking to do computer science pretty much anywhere, preferably English speaking but anywhere else is fine. I just need affordable options, prolly below 20k USD. Anyone have any ideas? And requirements too please

Edit: I want to do anything in computer science, preferably in the creative/engineering suffer but open to others
