Because of The Cosmic King's presence within his body, Asutoro could live forever. Well, his body at least could, never physically Aging past 40. After a few hundred years, Asutoro's consciousness faded and died, leaving an empty body, a shell. The Cosmic King took Asutoro's place in control of the body, using it as a power limiter and shield for his true self. He remained to puppeteer his body long after his death.
