Trying to find what the architecture would be of this home we are in contract with and what other colors could be recommended instead of the green & blue (of if leaving it the way it is, would be more original). Trying to give it a bit of a refurbishment without compromising the history or choosing incorrect coloring for that era.
So, long story short, I owe $2,667. I called the helpline on 4/14 about 2 weeks after filing, as I tried to set-up a payment plan, but the website would not let me. The website also showes I owe a balance $0.00, but my records show $2,667.
I spoke with a representative and he advised everything looks good on their end, and to wait a couple weeks before calling back or waiting for a letter in the mail about my balance.
Well...its now May & I have not received anything in the mail telling me I owe, and the website still shows $0.00 balance & I cannot do a payment plan on their website as it says "an error has occurred". I cannot pay this amount upfront. I am now going on 1hr 38minutes on hold and I am about to lose my mind...like my crash out will be screaming because they are so frustrating!!!!!!
