My brother is skeptical of my music taste, but he agreed to give Muse a shot, and said he'd listen to exactly 4 songs (for some reason). Which songs do I pick and in what order? I don't know what he likes (he's into some obscure stuff), so we have to be careful.
I recently discovered Muse and I can confidently say I'm in love with this band. I haven't listened to all of their songs, though (mostly just Absolution and TW!S lol) Ask me anything! (I can listen to any suggested songs too)
Hey everyone! I'm new to this subreddit. I haven't written anything yet, but I like the idea of sharing stories with others. I actually have a lot of stories in mind I'd like to write. The issue is, as mentioned in the title, commitment. Because of the sheer quantity of options I can choose to write, it's very hard to commit to one thing and stick with it.
There is another problem, though. I don't really have friends that I can discuss these stories with and potentially pick "the best" one to commit to. As a result, I try to assess the quality of the story before it's even written, and since the process of writing is time consuming (as described by many authors), the expected quality of the story is also very high. So the idea gets thrown out prematurely.
I'm not sure how anyone can help, but if you could, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks again!
As a mostly newbie game dev, I don't finish my game 95% of the time because I think it looks bad. I may know the technical aspects of game development, but my art skills (or taste) have never been... the brightest, so to speak. Plus I can never find good stock art free of charge. I'm not sure how many people can relate, but if you do, how do you solve this problem?
