Hi, Guys. Thinking of swapping a 2009 451cdi for a 2015 1.0 Passion Euro 6 (s/s) with 48,955 on the clock, as the cdi is becoming a money pit; what do you think?

My wife (F78) receives her State Pension, a Private Pension & Attendance Allowance. She has no other income. I (M60) receive Carers Allowance for her. I have no other income and do not yet draw a pension. We live in social housing in & do have combined savings over £100,000. If I choose to draw down my pension early, will it affect our AA & CA?
