The Villa is currently under construction (available for interiors from January 2027) with a built up of around 1700+ sqft.

Someone who has an idea about minimalistic design are welcome. (open to local carpenters, new designers too)

The tentative needs are as below :

- Kitchen

- TV unit

- Cupboard n Storage units - 3 rooms

- Murphy bed - 1

- Flat Cot - 2 Rooms

- Terrace seating with Paragola/Roofing Tile

We are looking to buy a villa at Ahad Woods, Mahadevapura Mysore, looking at it as an investment for next 10 years.

The price quoted is 1.5cr for a 1800sqft(60×30) villa with a build up of 1700+sqft with a backyard garden.

Need all your suggestions, any other recommendations in mysore for similar price.
