Speckled dial to mimic early bubbling found on the mark 1 9411’s. I’m currently working with a factory to produce the correct Tudor serif fonts that modern 2824s don’t have. TBD on those. This 9411 has the standard 2824 date disc. I used some Tamiya aging powder and short quick bursts of silver paint to add a slight contrast to the date disc. The dial was baked in the oven carefully, then layers of matte varnish lightly applied, rebaked in the oven, Tamiya weathering, a rebaked AGAIN.

hands were made to look cracked and distressed. Relumed by me using Lobtime vintage lume.

Did some additional work on my personal 7021. Swapped out the date disc- it wasn’t right. Installed the correct Tudor serif disc. Also swapped the dial and new hands. I think I like the patina more. Left out the pip because these probably were beat around in real usage 🤷‍♂️😂

Just got off the bench wrapping up this beautiful Milsub Tudor 7016. Relumed the hands, shaved some of the insert off, and installed a nice low dome T19. Tudors will forever be my all time favorite piece to build.

This one came out perfectly. What a stunning reference. So thin and sporty, not for sale.

This was a fun build, beautiful pointed crown guards have been softened slightly, some pumpkin lume and a nice small arrow gmt hand. Oof!

Let’s face it…raffles DWOs and those on AliX are pretty subpar. Especially if you’ve seen gen date discs on 60s-70s Rolex 1560/1570 movements. u/Ghost_Chrono and I partnered together to have these gen spec thick serif font overlays made WITH gen spec open 6s and 9s (except on 26, just like gen) with silver brushing. Very hard to do, it’s taken quite some time to get it right. The fitment is made for the 2824/2836, but these should fit the NH/2813 as well.

Super unique early GMT ref 6542 nicknamed the “albino dial”

These cases were some of Rolexes thinnest cases with automatic movements at the time. Around 11mm with the top hat crystal included.
