I tried to write to support I think via website, and they don't unswer. Can I get in contact with the support?

I'm coming from some quite old earbuds and from samsung buds fe (but lost one bud after a month so haven't used for long fully).

I use them for a few days. So far quite nice.

Is it normal that with ANC on they're quite sensitive to air drag and wind?

I also really like the White noise and Brainwave procedural sounds in the app, been rocking city stroll lol. They really put me at ease and let me focus.
