Bought on 4/6/26 wheel base was shot when I got it never got to play sent it back got second one early May. Has less than 10 hrs run time and now won’t turn on. I’m really questioning why I bought this at this point instead of another brand.

Anyone have any recommendations or experiences. Plugged into wall. Power in brick is on. Wheel base will not come on. I’ve unplugged to different outlets and checked the cord itself. Pushed power button in my 10 second nothing. Left unplugged for 1hr then all night and still same result. Any help is appreciated

First time with direct drive bought Podium DD (25nm) Formula wheel and V3 peddles clubsport. Any recommendations on settings to change? Right now this thing is strong as hell and can’t really turn . Anything helps thank you.
