Anyone recently leave to national general or all state ?
Ive seen positions open at a lower pay rate than me but honestly I don’t care just wondering about people’s recent experiences
Think I’d be handling CA AZ and OR

I just got put on a pip for these stupid metrics even tho I genuinely have tried, I’m thinking about just taking FMLA extended leave n taking advantage of the short term disability while I’m still employed any advise to things I should be looking out for or increase the chances of either getting approved lol
