How do I get up on time
Chat… I swear, I have tried everything. Alarms, windows, stress, I literally cannot get up. It’s like painful to get up (not physically)… how do you morning people do it? Like truthfully. I wanna be better at getting up on time and not hitting snooze but it’s like a toxic relationship… it’s so bad for you but fuhhhh it’s also so good 💔. Plz help a shawty out ong.
