Robert Greenlee and Sarah Lien of CVS Health are bullies.
It all started when I tried to hold Joseph Rivera, our store manager, accountable for not coming to work. I told all the appropriate people until, I'm assuming, they advised him to write me up continuously in order to terminate me. Keep in mind, I had to talk Joseph into holding employees accountable for arriving late or calling off prior to all of this. (He never had a backbone unless it came to me since now I was expecting HIM to come to work more often). So in order to shut me up, Robert Greenlee must've convinced him to get rid of me. I wrote in to hr about that too. But I was never taken seriously. Not to mention, they would never hold one of their own accountable. Robert Greenlee was using Joseph to work on other stores and so he never had time for his own store. Store Managers are supposed to devote 45 hours to their own store every week. And Joseph was barely doing 20. In a sense, we had no store manager, or VERY LITTLE OF HIM, for months on end. Maybe a year or more he just did whatever he wanted to do. Showed up whenever he saw fit. And since I was complaining about that, I had to go.
And so it started. Joseph and I going back and forth. Him writing me up over and over. And me writing to hr about his absences and the fact that he keeps writing me up in retaliation. I have so many complaints where they found all my evidence to be insufficient in order to invalidate my claims. Where he was writing me up, he wasn't writing anyone else up. I was not perfect in my attendance but I damn sure wasn't the worst and the worst wasn't getting wrote up. Not until I made it known that he was picking on me. Then and only then did he begin to write other people up. But still not as much as me. And so because I thought this would lead to my firing I waited on Joseph to fuck up. And although, even though he fucked up plenty of times, I didn't report him because I was still believing we were friends. But he kept writing me up. The one who worked harder than most people on his team. The one who would come in when people called off. The one who would do doubles so he could go have drinks with his "colleagues"... I did not know how close I was to termination and so I told myself this was the last time. We were not friends, obviously.
So one day a thief came into the store and Joseph decided to body slam her right on camera. He literally thought he could do anything with no repercussions while I'm getting wrote up for shit like insubordination or closing the store without his permission because we had no coverage. He's playing with my record, because I've never been wrote up at ANY job before this, for trivial ass reasons and here he is putting hands on customers damn near everyday. Not to mention, Robert Greenlee knew. He knew he chased these thieves out the store and down to the red line. That's how you know they could do what they wanted but we couldn't.
So when he did that, I'll admit I was being vindictive... but I called it in. Cuz if I'm leaving CVS, you are too. Tf
Long story short, he got fired and afterwards Robert Greenlee and Sarah Lien thought that they would passive aggressively get me to quit (which I ended up doing in the end). Robert came to the store to personally tell me i couldn't take video or pictures there because I recorded the incident of Joseph on my phone in case they said there was no record, which he definitely tried to do. That right there was biased because they pick and choose when people can take pics and video. Sarah eventually became the store manager to my store once Joseph was fired and she thought I was going to be scared of her because she gets her way with Robert Greenlee. She made jokes to me where I was wasting my time contacting hr because they would always be on her side. She tried to write me up for not knowing something talking about I should've called people I didn't even know to find out how to do it. Ridiculous. Then she got Robert Roper to get involved and sit in on my write up. This man told me on the phone that she was wrong for doing what she did but when he got in her face he got scared and agreed with everything she said. She literally flirts her way into getting what she wants. If you saw her and spoke with her, you'd know what I mean. That's why Joseph would have rather been at her store helping her than ours.
And so they're you have it. They are all crooks. That's my story. Have a good day.
Oh and Mr. Patel, the regional manager, was in on it too.
