hello i’m staying in the hotel tomorrow, I booked it on the deal where you got the merlin pass included! I have the merlin passes sorted and prebooked for tomorrow and monday, but I have not received my check-in instructions as usual from the hotel, or any correspondence from the hotel, beyond my initial booking confirmation. when I log into the manage my bookings the hotel stay is there, but it’s leaving me unsure for tomorrow - has anyone had this before where they haven’t been able to check in in advance, or even add the hotel booking to the app?
