sexually aggressive mother/female

Has anyone dealt with a 80 year old mother or female wake up one day and decide she needs to start having sex, the rougher the better. Insisting on inviting strange men over to her home for sex or traveling to meet men. She has been a christian and has served weekly in church for the past 60 yrs in multiple positions. I have been with her for 7 yrs and never so much as a cuss word or any actions contrary to her christian beliefs, always a peaceful and quiet lady. Now she is loud and obnoxious. So curious what someone has done to stop or keep her from having strange men from coming over. She had broken her neck at the base of her skull a few years back and has a screw in there holding it in place and doctors said it was a miracle she was not paralyzed as well as a broken collar bone, shoulders replaced and such. I am her care taker and have a POA but not sure what to do with her. Do i have a mental evaluation done? Do i look at psychiatric care or visit? Do i commit here a ward? I work so cant be with her all the time. She is an able bodied woman and did work one day a week. I am concerned someone is going to hurt her, paralyze her or worse. She is a clutter bug and leaves money and jewelry out so beyond the physical abuse I am concerned about her stuff disappearing....

Thx

Switching personalities

I am currently a caretaker for my mother. Have been with her since 2019 and we get along great. She turned 80 this year and has had 2 siblings that went down hill fast at 80 so watching her like a hawk. She is still drives and works 1 day a week and cans vegetables and is able bodied. I guess what concerns me is the lady across the street is about the same age and she just flipped and started going off on her daughter that is her caregiver. Its been 3 weeks and she is still in rehab as her speech and actions towards the daughter were pretty threatening. She had some medical issues as well where she had an open wound on her leg that they found had maggots in it.

So how do you handle a parent that just flips on you? Is nice for years and all of a sudden start becoming verbally abusive and possibly phisical? I have everything here and not sure how to position myself if such a thing happens. I do have POAs for medical and financial over her but just seeking advice. Thx
