Home sauna

Anyone here built their own home sauna? Or bought one in Ireland at a decent price? The price on some of them varies wildly. A sawmill local to me has a couple for sale for close to €10,000 which seems nuts for what they are. I’ve see a few on alibaba which I suspect some of the Irish sellers are selling.

Fixing gap between stringer and wall

Hi, looking for some tips on how to repair this gap along my stairs. The caulk has separated from the all and it looks a bit messy. If I remove the old caulk and go over it again with a flexible caulk should that so the job or is there anything else I should be trying here? Thanks
