Just started in roofing sales last month and want to know how my comp plan sounds to the guys with experience.
I get 7% on the total sale if it came from the company and 9% if I created it myself. I have a company truck, gas card, don’t do any backend paperwork or order any materials. All I do is just sell. Im located in South Florida for reference.
Does this sound good or am I getting fucked?
