Hey, I just dug out my old copy of Pokémon Black and want to get to endgame. I thought about nuzlocking it for a bit of extra challenge, but that seems a bit boring and I don’t want start over if i fail. Sooo I thought about either a baby- or a N-lock.

Aside from the usual no switch, no items mid battle, no overleveling the next gym leader, the rules would be as follows.

Babylock:
-Only first stage evos
-fainted pokemon get boxed

-i can catch as many mon as i want
-i can breed evolved mon

N-lock:
-i have to make a team using only Pokemon from my current route
-after beating a gym/ upon discovering a new route all my Pokemon (except my starter) are set free
-„dying“ resets me to where i was last gym

-i can catch Pokemon i previously had, but not have two of the same in a team

If you have suggestions on my rules/ want to tell me which sounds more interesting to you/ have some other fun challenges I could try, I would be happy if you let me know.
