2017 Honda Jazz with low milage ?

long time lurker, first time poster. We are considering purchasing a vehicle for my Fiance, after seeing a lot of posts on this sub stating the Honda Jazz is a superior vehicle (all be it this is a CVT automatic, and I am aware that CVT boxes aren't the most reliable) I've been scrolling through the usual sites (I've also taken note that purchasing from WBC isn't ideal) I have noticed throughout South Africa there are multiple Honda Jazz CVTs with astonishingly low mileage. surely they can't all be under 40K.... is there a reason for this, can anyone shed some light on the influx of these low mileage Hondas on WBC especially ?
it just doesn't seem right that a 9 year old car has driven roughly 3000km a year. I do about 1800km a month. apologies if this is a silly post. I am just flabbergasted that they could honestly sell these cars on such low mileage, surely they know this is almost impossible.
