As for the reason for this trip down memory lane, there was some confusion over the location and timeline in one of the Lazy oopsie skirt threads over this particular incident, and I thought I’d find whatever available photos there are left as much has been scrubbed.

This incident was where the Cambridges’ successfully sued the French magazine Closer. Trigger warning and NSFW as it merits them both. For those who know French, some interesting information from Closer, such as Kate’s smoking habit at Marseille airport 🚬

In essence, Closer published these photos first, then by Se og Hør (Danish) and Chi (Italian) magazines. Chi also published Kate’s pregnant photos in Mustique.
