i took admission by paying 85k at NSEC i didn't know that I'll get GSCC JHARKHAND LOAN or not

, Now i want to know I'll get GSCC loan or not

This loan requirement is NIRF TOP 200 OR NAAC A, A+

so if anyone from Jharkhand or have an idea of any friend who's into this please help me

Cause this was last option please please help me

NAAC A OR A+

or NIRF 200
