Any courtyard admins able to help ??

When I click contact support the button doesn’t work I have tried logging in and out deleting all vpns and nothing

Been told by courtyard support that I have to wait until the end the of the season to the use the free shipping so basically I should have just waited to use this but even still no where does it say that so I’m overall pretty annoyed

Not sure on basketball cards tbf tried my luck
