So, I was at VidCon these past few days. I saw some videos online of The Mannii Show having really cute interactions with some younger fans while here, so I thought if I happened to see him out and about I'd ask for a picture, even though I don't watch his content very often. Naturally, the day I saw him was when I was "cosplaying" Charlie. I hesitated to approach him, not wanting to seem like a heckler or like I was making fun of him or anything, but I decided to go up to him. He was the absolute sweetest about it and actually seemed quite happy, I'm really pleased with the interaction!!

Hello. I commissioned a wig back in January or so, and got it a few days ago. I tried it on, and it is way too small. The wig does not cover my hairline at all, and there's a pocket of space at the back. Pictures attached.
I messaged the seller as well as attached pictures, to which they said:
"The head shape mill have slightly different shape, so even if the the measurements is correct it still might have slightly difference. No worries I am still talking to my partner to see how we can solve this"
They then followed up with:
"If you can repack the wig we can offer you free wig touch up, we will add some more hair piece to the edges including the front hair so it can cover up your real hair!"
Which is nice and all, but I'm frustrated because even if they add more hair, the pocket is still there. Is there anything I can do?
I paid about $700 including shipping.

EDIT: They offered a $100 refund... ????
EDIT2: They're paying for me to ship it back and are going to alter it for free. I will keep updating!
